Diet, Exercise, Nutrition .... and everything in between
Perhaps I should have started this back on December 31st, 2020 when I determined to finally remove all of the excess (and unnecessary) fat from my body - and improve my health and well being.
As of this date today, I have lost 13 lbs. I have more energy, more focus, I walk more everyday with my wife by my side. I'm also going to physiotherapy to aid in some lower back issues. I am on a Keto diet combined with Intermittent Fasting (IF).
I'm reading and discovering so much, that I simply want to collate everything in to one location for ease of reference. So that is my ambition here on my website. To share with you all what I'm doing, what I've discovered, what has worked, what has not worked, etc...
I should say, that I will be sharing what is working for me. Everyone is different. But I believe strongly that if we really stop to concentrate on what our bodies are doing; how they feel, how they move, how we sleep (or not sleep)...can help inform us as to how to move forwards towards greater health and well-being.
